Had a brilliant nights sleep- the only good sleep I get ever!!! Read most a John Grisham book in bed before Dan brought me breakfast in bed!!! I then drove Dan and his mum up to Ellesmere to see Dans Gran! We went out for lunch in a cafe and then went for a walk by the mere. Dan drove back and then we all went out for a meal in Bella Pasta in Stafford town centre with two of Dans parents friends. Had far too much wine and eat lots of lovely food!!!

Went out after work to the Wetherspoons as two people from work were leaving. I managed to have 3 pints of Stella by the time Dan arrived at 6.30 to collect me! Got my suitcase from home and quickly saw Ste who was down in Bristol at the weekend and staying at our house! Dan drove us to Stafford with me talking non stop in the car! Had some lovely pizza when we got there and soon went off to bed due to my drunken state! Afternoon drinking is bad!

Worked for about a billion hours- had cheese sandwich and chips for lunch with Helen from the Exeter office, got home late, ate, talked to Dan on the phone and went to bed. Exausted. James moved out to day and has gone to another bit of South Bristol, Southville. I missed all the excitement due to working silly hours to build up my flexi time!!

Worked for 11 hours!! Dan picked me up after work at 6.30 so I could bring an empty box home to pack in! I cooked spag bol and we chatted to Cat for most of the evening.

Managed to do a long day at work! Desperate to have enough flexi time to have two days off next week and then one the week after! Also found out from Dan that my credit check went through ok for our new house and the letting agents are going to post the contract through to him for us to sign!
I am well excited! Walked home with James for what will be the last time and then we walked over to Bedminster to meet Ross and Jacki! We all trekked off to Aston Gate to Teohs and eat lots of yummy food! Went back to Ross’ for wine, via James’ new house in Southville. We are went and were introduced to his new housemate and looked round! Drank some wine at Ross’ and got home at
11 after a discussion with James regarding the attitudes of his workmates to Bristol and travelling. I think they need a dose of the real world!

Had a lie in until 9 and finally got to work at 9.40am! Cat managed to spot me twice on the way to work as she was on the bus! Nothing exciting to note as didn’t get home til late, ate, phoned Dan and went to bed early!

Got up late and had lunch then headed off to Clifton Downs for a walk. I have never actually got out on Clifton downs before, just driven past them!
Had a lovely walk with Dan discussing our new house, and saw lots of other couples out on romantic walks! Had dinner then I did some packing with the help of Dan!

Woke up feeling a bit hungover and went down to have breakfast. James and I decided it was a good idea to start cleaning and gardening so spent all morning doing that! I cleaned by the side of the cooker which was so horrible then we threw away all the traffic signs and assorted random rubbish from the garden and it looked so much better. Cleaned the windows and the patio doors too but then had to go and have a shower and meet Becky and Dave in town.

Went on a cafe near the police station in broadmead and had paninis! Went to the supermarket with James. Dan and I bought some stuff for our romantic meal! I cooked chicken in 4 cheese sauce with pasta. We drank far too much wine, and looked silly in the Tesco across the road (as always!!!). Had such a lovely evening chatting, singing and generally having a laugh!

Friday the 13th, my lucky day. I passed my driving test and met Roger Taylor for the first time on Friday 13th!!! Yay! Went out to ASK on Park Street in the evening for a lovely romantic email, then drank wine with cheese at home!

Woohoo!!!!!!!! Found out this morning that we didn’t get the other house we were looking at as the Landlady couldn’t decide who should have it, so they had to decide on who looked at it first which was the other couple. Luckily we saw a nicer house yesterday so I sent Dan to look at it again this lunchtime and put a deposit down! Both houses had positive and negative points but the house we are having is a nicer and slightly larger house with a proper ensuite, but the one disadvantage is that its slightly further away from Dans work!
