Dan, my mum, Mike and I (and Ste who we met there!) went to see the SAS Band in Eastleigh! Sexy Jeff Scott Soto was there, along with Midge Ure, someone from 10CC, Leo Sayer and Madeline Bell!! Excellent night finished off with a cheese dog from the hot dog stand!!

Got up nice and early and nipped into town to get a few more presents and stuff then got to Gran and Grandads by 11 to pick then up! We all arrived in Weymouth at the Spy Glass Inn for lunch. David, Laura and Morgan turned up about half an hour later!!!! Had a gorgeous huge lasagne and 3 glasses of wine!! We all played in Morgan in the garden in the lovely hot sunshine then headed off mid afternoon back to Maiden Newton via Dorchester! Lazed around in the un then left to go and see the SAS Band ……
Grandads 80th birthday meal photos!
Arrived home from work quite early and managed to pack before Dan got home! We drove a different route via Frome avoiding the A303 and arrived in Maiden Newton in an hour and a half! Reuben called me just before we arrived and had a long chat with him in the car!
Managed to find my mums new house even without any mobile signal! The house is lovely and still very clean! Drank some wine and had Tesco finest burgers before collapsing in bed!
‘Worked’ from home in the morning and had a bit of a lie in for once! Dave picked me up for work at 12, then stayed there til 5.30. Met James outside his office and we met Jacki and her work mates in the ‘Hole in the Wall’ on Queens Square. Stayed there for a pin the walked to Clifton via sainsburys for wine for the bring your own!!! The walk made me boiling hot!!! Finally arrived at the restuarant andmet Dan too! We all drank too much and Jacki embaressed herself!!!! Had lovely food- Goats Cheese and Spinach salad and Pork with tomato and garlic sauce! Dan and I didn’t get home until about 1am!!

Drove to Birmingham in a lovely hire car and parked at the office this time! Got there in not long at all. Had a 4 hour meeting with working lunch (all from Tesco downstairs!). Had to say thngs all by myself at the meeting as both of my bosses are on holiday!!! He he!

Could not move until 3pm when Dan kept on about goign home so much that I had to get up. Spent most of the day lying on the floor wrapped in a duvet! We finally got home about 8 after stopping for burger king on the way which made me feel sick!
Dan and I got early in the hope that we could avoid the summer holiday rush to Devon but it all went wrong!! We got to Cribbs Causeway to go to Asda where I bought a new skirt then we had breakfast in McDonalds! Got back on to the M5 where we didn’t really get very far as it was jam packed! Finally arrived at Crealy an hour late after a trip to Kennford to drop Dans bike off for a service! Lovely sunny day while we wandered round Crealy. I managed to go on the Pirate ship wihtout being sick and I talk to some Goats! :) Photos from Crealy are here! and here!!!
Went back to James and Roz’s house and had a shower. Wandered over to Tesco to buy alcohol and started drinking around 5. I don’t remember much after that but I got amazingly drunk on vodka, beer, some dutch blackcurrent stuff which when mixed with lemonade tasted like alcohol ribena! They cooked a BBQ and I only managed to have two burgers due to being too drunk! Ended up going to bed about 3 and waking up with the worst hangover ever………………….

Had to drve to work today but at least I had a parking space! Did loads of work and my workshop I arranged went well in the morning. Went to lunch with Philipa and Ann and we wandered round Temple Quay for half an hour! Left work early and now won’t see my boss for two weeks as he is on leave!!! :)
