Terry and I spent Christmas Day in Dorset! I got a Wii!!
Christmas dinner!

German Markets!
Terry and I went over to Germany on the Eurostar from St Pancras to go and see the German Christmas markets!
We left London at 6am and arrived in Brussels at 9am! Had a longish walk from the station down to our hotel. Checked in and had a rest before going out to look at the markets!
Later that day, we watched the lights in the square!
We then went for a walk rounds the markets in the evening! There was a fantastic ice rink!
Went out and had a lovely dinner then headed back to the hotel for some sleep!
The next day, we went to Nuremberg via Cologne! We got the tram from under the hotel to the main station in Brussels!
And then we got the train from Brussels to Cologne!
Leipzig!!
We then got the train from Cologne to Nuremberg.
Arrived in Nuremberg around 3pm and had a look round then went to the hotel for a rest.
The hotel had a TV on a stand in the middle of the room!
After resting and buying a hat in C&A, we went to look round the markets! It was very cold and fantastic!! Had some Glühwein and boughts sweets made of marzipan!
They had an area with stalls from all over the world, including Glasgow!
We then went for dinner to sample the German food!! I had a mound of cheese!
The next day we had a lie in then walked round the city walls and went sightseeing!
Later we went to a bar over looking the markets to have a few drinks and some dinner!
The next day we got the train back to Cologne and spotted this on the way!
We arrived in Cologne at lunch time and went to the hotel which was massive! I think it was the biggest ‘room’ we have ever stayed in! It had an upstairs and was bigger than my flat!
After a rest, we went to look around the market and the shops!
In the evening, we met Brigitte and went to the Hard Rock Cafe on the hunt for Queen things! The only thing we could find was a gold ‘A Day At The Races’. It was great seeing Brigitte and we had far too much wine!
The next day was time to go home! I nipped to see the musical dome before we got the train!
We got the train from Cologne to Brussels!
Then we got the Eurostar from Brussels back to London!
Then after a long day of traveling, we got the train from Paddington back to Bristol!
Roger at Led Zep concert!
Roger was at the Led Zeppelin concert on Monday 10 December! I was sitting in Germany waiting for Terry to get out of bed when I saw Roger on Sky news!!! You can also see Sarina and Rufus in the clip! :)
