We had super fun playing lots of games and drinking martinis!

I decided to be super fit by going swimming at the swimming pool at the hospital here in Bristol at lunchtime. Becky foudn out about it after the Bristol North swimming pool closed down (just round the corner from our new flat!). It is a bargain at £2.30 and not that busy. Not that big either but it will do!

Went out with someone from work in the evening and drank too much beer. Checked out all the pubs up St Michael’s Hill (and man, that is a one hell of a hill!!).

I took the day off for Dan’s birthday but he didn’t!! Spent most of the day doing nothing at home!!! In the evening, we headed over to Bristol and went to Wagamamas with Jacki, Ross, Andi, Becky, Dave and Nick! Went over to the Wetherspoons after for a few drinks then got back to the car and found that the window had been smashed :( I had to drive it home with glass all over the place - it was already minus temperatures but driving along at 50 mph made it much much colder, by the time we got home, my hands and feet were totally numb!!

We went to Becky’s flat in Bristol with Roz, James, Andi, Rosie, Becky and Dave- spent the evening drinking far too much Martini and vodka and playing silly games - Cranium, Articulate, Consequences and Moods!! Luckily I had Rosie on my team so I could describe things in a way related to Queen!

We went out for a meal at Las Iguanas on Whiteladies Road in Bristol with Roz, James, Becky, Dave, Dave B, Regan, Jon and Damo to celebrate Christmas! Had a secret santa and I ended up with a HUGE cake!!!!!!!

We had the christmas meal and the only thing that was ‘Christmas like’ was the cranberries in the salsa for the fijitas!!!

After the meal, we went over to Gloucester Road, tried 4 pubs which were all busy and horrible so we went to the yellow cafe place and had smoothies!!

Started the morning with breakfast with Jed and Rose then we went to the spa along with Duds and James! Dan, James etc went off to get ready for the wedding so I had a swim then met Jed and went in to town to get him a suit! Met Damo who was also buying a suit! My contact lenses had gone all funny so went to Specsavers and they gave me a new pair- never got round to outting them in though! Went back to the hotel and got ready then walked over to the chruch with Jed. Everyone looked wonderful and the cermony was lovely!

They played Star Trek on the organ while they were signing the marriage certificate and everyone was giggling! Threw lots of confetti outside and then went back to the Southgate for the recption! Had a few drinks (Pimms and lemonade!) before the meal started- we were on the noisy table!!! There were little R and J bits of confetti stuff on the table plus over shapes and Christel and I ended up with them stuck al over our faces!!! Had a great evening dancing- thanks to Roz for getting the band to play some Queen!!!!! I also managed to catch the bouqet! Dan didn’t look happy!!!

Dan and I travelled down on the Friday afternoon with Makie and E-cat from America! They had been staying at our house for a few days and visiting things around England! We met lots of the people going to the wedding in the Wetherspoons for dinner after checking into the Southgate Hotel! Very posh! Dan went off for the rehearsal with Roz and James and we all went back to the hotel to wait for them! When they got back, we all had drinks in the bar (but not too many of course)!!

Went to Torquay at the weekend to visit Trina!! Got very drunk having a BBQ then went to the fair. Stayed up til who knows what time talking about Michelle. Dan’s Photos!
