Got up at 4am and felt awful!! I was so hungover on the flight that I wasn't scared at all even though it was a horrible small plane. We arrived in Paris at 9am and got to train to Gare de Nord then the metro to Port du pantin- walked around for 15 mins looking for the hotel which we finally found was quite near the metro stop overlooking the canal- nice views. Gavin and I slept for an hour then ate our packed lunches and went to find the Zenith. Queued from 1pm (same as Brixton) and there were more people in the queue compared to Brixton! Just wanna say hi and thanks to everyone we met in the queue (Zak, Vern, Julie, the american girl and her husband and the French people- sorry for our awful French!!) who made the time go by quickly and also hi to beansontoast who we met afterwards!! See you all again soon! Apologies for our awful French- Gavin read 'Romantic' phrases out the phrase book and even got the French people telling 'Old man Roger' jokes!! LOL! Japanese Freddie turned up and we all sang with him then he was interviewed for the TV. At 6pm it started to rain heavily and we had an hour of that before we were let into the venue. I went in with my camera down my trousers and my flip flops had got all wet so had to take them off as I couldn run. We made it to one door waiting to go in when suddenly everyone run to another door which we did and Gavin was at the front. Someone shouted that the other doors had opened so the security guard opened ours and about 20 people got through (including us!) and we all filled the right hand side of the stage and round the front of the catwalk- we were front middle catwalk!!! After a few mins a security guard tried to send us all back out again and we pretending we couldn't understand him- had to move eventually but only made it a meter before someone started shouting and we ran back and got the same spot! It was another 5 mins before everyone else came in! What a mess!!
The set list was:

God Save The Queen (Roger threw the drumsticks in the air but didn't quite manage to catch them and they went flying towards the drumkits and he hoped nobody saw but Paul was laughing at him which made Roger laugh!).
The show was amazing- crowd were better than at Brixton and the band were more relexed. Paul spoke to me after I said 'Hi Paul' when he walked down the catwalk. Roger was looking as sexy as ever with white pin stripe trousers on- I nearly died!! We decided not to wait for the band afterwards although Brian did come out and sign stuff apparently. Went for a drink with two people from the queen forums then went to bed about 1.30am. I have never been so tired, hungry and in need of the toilet in all my life!! :)
